Author · Founder · Publisher · Las Vegas

Solo creator and operator based in Las Vegas. Author of Never a Slow Day. Founder of Insider Tips LLC, the publisher behind a growing catalog of practical playbooks for local operators. Founder of The Vegas Protocol, the agency putting those playbooks into practice for real businesses.

The work

Three things, one thesis.

The thesis is boring on purpose: the simple thing shipped consistently beats the elaborate thing planned indefinitely. Everything below is that same idea, aimed at a different reader.

The book

Never a Slow Day

The playbook for local business owners who are tired of watching Tuesday cost them what Saturday earns. Fourteen business-type chapters, each a standalone launch plan for the events that fill a calendar.

The story, short version

What I actually do, and why.

I built elaborate systems for years and shipped almost nothing from them. Then I stopped, cut the systems in half, and started publishing what worked. The simple version outperformed the elaborate one immediately. That's the whole origin story, and it's the reason every product that carries my name has one job: close the gap between a decision the reader already made and the execution that keeps not happening.

The books diagnose the pattern. The agency runs the play. And the writing is where I show my work: what I tried, what failed, what worked, what the receipts said. Las Vegas is the address because Las Vegas is the city that taught me you don't wait for a good day. You put one on the calendar.
